What's the matter about hip hop?

Hip hop is nowadays trend.  Hip hop is a type of music and Hip hop came out in the 80's.  Also hip hop is loved by the younger crowd as it comes from the soul, but rap is just a bunch of curse words and women. Hip hop is clean and pleasant to hear whenever it doesn't include rap. At least that is what I believe. Hip hop is nice beats with interesting and sometimes funny lyrics. My head bops to the music and a good beat that repeats itself can be nice to hear. Hip hop beats can be pointless and boring. Beats should be listened to regularly if you are able to because it will help you with your sense of time. I think that the best beats i ever heard are the classical music by some really good musicians.  The beats need to be pumping up types. Depending on your mood. Unique beats should come from your own mind.They shouldn't come from someone else's song, beats should be all you! Hip Hop is a way to really express your feelings however you please. If you're angry, you can show it through your tone while rapping. The rhyming is were it come in to play. Rap is just, good music.
Hip hop is a music where are usually no singers so they don´t sing it the songs, they are rather speaking while music is playing and they tell their opinions there.

But what makes a good song? I think  you need to have you're own style. It needs to have a message. Even if it's not lyrics in a beat, I think it still has a message. That is important for me. You kinda have to feel the message insted of hear it. That is imporant to me.

I can give you a example:
For me the best song I´ve ever heard is Numb by Linkin Park. It has the best beat and the song always matches the mood I'm in, too.. It´s shooted in Prague, which is our capital and that´s one of the things I like it so much. And it's a very emotional song.  It's a beautiful song and I love the lyrics. The melody is so unique. The song just get me like i've never been gotten before.
The meaning of hip-hop is to set poems into music without actually singing them. You recitate the lyrics to a background of rhytm and beats, that is different kinds of rhytm patterns.One of the best beats is from Like Toy Soldiers. Although I don't like most rap/hip-hop. The meaning is sometimes though not in the words but in the inflection of the voice. Some rappers are clever by using double meanings. Instead of meaning, hip hop is more emotion.
 A good beat can be used in mroe than one track. A unique beat sounds best in one track. You can create a beat and lay lyrics over it. Or you can think of a song and lay down a beat. Both work.

This is awesome! Many people think that the music industry is coming to an end but infact there's just a revolution happening! The digitalization of the music had to be adopted by the major labels  much earlier then they did. Therefore they have a problem today - their business model is outdated - cd's are getting distributed via the world wide web and Itunes as a digital release within minutes and the promotion happens via the new channels like youtube or facebook. Artists are not anymore depending onto traditional promotion tools like print magazines or television but can take action by themselves and start to connect to their audience. The music industry will change within the next 10 years drastically and it will be a process full of reinvention and innvations -let's see where the journey leads us to!
